3omar.hs ERP

Understand how finance, sales, purchasing and inventory fit together in one interface before exploring the demonstration.

Introduction & documentation · Read the workflow and demo limitations before trying it.

What is the system?

3omar.hs ERP demonstrates enterprise resource planning: customer, vendor and item records connect with sales, purchasing and financial records. Use the demo to understand navigation and workflows and evaluate the interface. The project is in development; the demo is not a commitment that every feature is commercially available.

Navigate the modules

Start at Home for the overview and quick links. Navigate through Finance, Purchasing, Sales and Inventory, or explore Manufacturing, Projects and Administration. The ERP demo interface is in English even when this guide is read in Arabic.

Master records

Review customers, vendors and items before trying documents. Lists show reference numbers, names and key details. Where New is available, add a sample record, complete required fields and use clearly identifiable fictional names.

Sales, purchasing and finance

Explore sales and purchase orders, then review their statuses and amounts. Some documents offer Post and ask for confirmation. Inspect the chart of accounts, general ledger entries and journals to understand the financial views. Use sample data only and do not rely on demo figures for real financial decisions.

Inventory, manufacturing and projects

Review items, locations and item ledger entries. In Manufacturing, explore work centres, bills of materials, routings and production orders. Open Projects and Administration to inspect available lists. Some screens are illustrative data views rather than a complete operational workflow.

Suggested walkthrough and demo limits

Start with the overview, open Customers, then Sales Orders and the Chart of Accounts. Compare how records are presented across modules. Data is for demonstration and changes are not permanent; ERP data is restored by the scheduled reset. Do not enter real customer or confidential information or use the demo as a production business system.
