Instagram Scheduler · From Telegram

Send media once. Set a weekly publishing rhythm, with a preview before every post.

3omar.hs / SOCIAL STUDIO

Your content.
Right on time.

Turn your Telegram messages into a considered Instagram calendar. Reels, photos and carousels, one clear queue.

Owner activation required · bot credentials, Meta app and cron must be configured before publishing.

−30 MIN

A preview. Then your decision.

The bot sends the media and full description before the post. Approve keeps the scheduled time. Reject skips this post only. No response = automatic publication.

Later slots stay unchanged
01 / SEND

Messages become posts.

A video becomes a Reel. A photo becomes an image post. A Telegram album becomes one carousel, including supported mixed media.

02 / SCHEDULE

A queue that makes sense.

Every submission fills the next available slot in arrival order. Timezone-aware, saved on the server, and editable through /setup.

03 / REVIEW

You can always say no.

Use Reject before publishing begins, or /pause to stop future publishing. Approve does not publish early. Failed reminders hold the post.

START HERE / USER GUIDE

Connect once. Create all week.

Your Instagram password stays with Instagram. You authorize publishing on its official login page.

  1. Prepare your Instagram profile

Use a Business or Creator account. In Instagram, open Settings and activity, find Account type and tools / professional tools, and switch to a professional account if needed. Menu names may vary. A Facebook Page is not required for this Instagram Login connection.

  2. Open the bot and send /start

Use @InstaScheduler_3omarhs_bot. Its welcome message explains each step. Tap Connect Instagram. The private connection link expires after 15 minutes; request a new one with /start if needed. Do not forward this link.

  3. Authorize your own profile

Continue to Instagram, sign in to the correct professional account, and grant basic profile access and content publishing. Return to Telegram for the Connected confirmation. If Meta access is not yet approved for your account, the owner must finish app setup/review first. Never send a password or access token in the chat.

  4. Choose your week with /setup

On first setup, choose a timezone, posting days and time. Later, /setup shows separate options for timezone, days, times and unified caption, so you edit only what you choose. For Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday at 4:30 PM Jordan time: Asia/Amman → Sun, Tue, Thu → Done → 16 → 30. Typed replies still work, including multiple times: 09:00,16:30. Times use 24-hour format and apply to every chosen day. Changing setup affects new submissions; /reflow asks for confirmation before rebuilding existing pending dates and resetting their approvals.

  5. Send your media and description

Add the description as the Telegram caption. Or use /setup → Unified caption and send your default text (up to 2,200 characters). New media without a caption uses this default; individual or album captions take priority. Change or remove it later through /setup. Existing queued captions stay unchanged. Each separate message is one post. Select Send as album when uploading multiple photos/videos together: 2–10 items become one carousel. Sending three separate image messages creates three posts. Use /queue to check the assigned dates. The first slot always leaves enough time for the review reminder.

  6. Review before posting

About 30 minutes before the slot, receive the media, description and Approve / Reject buttons. No response means publish automatically. Reject skips that post without moving others forward. You can reject an approved post until publishing begins. If the scheduler is late, it moves an unnotified post to a future slot so you still get a full review window. Publication may take additional time while Instagram processes video.

Before you send

  • JPEG photos up to 8 MB; width at least 320 px, aspect ratio 4:5 to 1.91:1. Prepare carousel items with consistent dimensions.
  • MP4/H.264 video with compatible audio; vertical 9:16 is recommended for Reels. Standard Telegram bot downloads are limited to 20 MB per video.
  • Caption up to 2,200 characters. Media must satisfy Instagram’s current publishing rules; unsupported files are held or fail visibly.
  • No response after a successful preview is consent to publish. Pause before going away if you do not want automatic posting.
  • Uses official APIs and no paid generation service. Hosting, storage and Meta approval are still needed.
Privacy & deletion ↗
For the owner: activate the service
  1. Create/configure a Meta developer app for Instagram API with Instagram Login. Request instagram_business_basic and instagram_business_content_publish. Use an API version supported by your app.
  2. Set the exact OAuth redirect below. Add this privacy page and data deletion instructions URL. Add/accept your own test-account role for development; public users need the required Advanced Access/App Review and business verification where Meta requires it.

  3. Sign in as SuperAdmin and open private setup. Enter this bot’s token and Meta app credentials there. They are encrypted outside the public web root, never shown again or committed. Saving configures the webhook, welcome commands and bot descriptions.
  4. Add the one-minute PHP cron shown in private setup. Test the entire flow with your own account: connect, setup, album grouping, preview, rejection, approval, no-response publishing and pause. Do not advertise active publishing until real API tests pass.
