We store your Telegram chat ID, schedule, captions, queued media and encrypted Instagram access token to publish posts you submit. Media passes through Telegram, this server and Meta. Download links sent to Meta are signed, expire after 24 hours, and contain no Instagram or bot credential. They are bearer links: anyone with the link can access that media before expiry. Server operators should redact media query strings in access logs.

Instagram Reply Studio / استوديو الردود

The same Meta app also supports Instagram Reply Studio. This is a separate, optional account connection requesting basic profile and messaging access. It processes received messages, conversation identifiers and your configured business knowledge/rules to prepare drafts or send replies when you enable that mode. Connecting the scheduler does not enable automatic replies. Read Reply Studio’s privacy and deletion details for its workspace controls, retention and disconnection. Retention and deletion / الاحتفاظ والحذف

Queued files remain until handled. Downloaded files for published, rejected, failed or missed posts are removed by the scheduled cleanup after 24 hours. Pending files remain while queued or held. Telegram and Meta retain their copies according to their own policies. Operational update payloads are erased after processing; deduplication identifiers last seven days. The queue history retains status and dates so slots are not reused unexpectedly.

Send /disconnect to stop pending posts and remove your locally stored Instagram token. Also revoke the app through Instagram’s Apps and Websites settings. For full local account/media deletion, contact the site owner through Contact, identifying your bot account; the owner verifies ownership before removal. Automatic publishing / النشر التلقائي

Each post receives a preview at least 30 minutes before its scheduled time when the scheduler is operating normally. Approve keeps its time. Reject cancels it. No response means publish. Failed reminder delivery holds the post. You can /pause or /disconnect. توقّف عن النشر عبر /pause أو /disconnect؛ عدم الرد على تذكير ناجح يعني النشر.
